V DAO’s mission is to incubate regenerative network state communities and solutions. One of our core objectives is to support the formation of V Hubs in key locations for offline gatherings, experiences, events, and collaborations.
To further this aim, V DAO is allowing all contributors to make a proposal to host a meet-up in their local area, fully funded by the DAO.
V DAO social meetups bring people together who share a common interest in Regenerative Living. Regenerative living is ‘high tech, high touch, high nature’. It’s about leveraging technology while partnering with nature to provide nutrient-dense food, clean water, and renewable energy. A regenerative lifestyle is built upon a harmonious relationship between humanity, tech, and nature.
V DAO will reimburse the cost of social gatherings. The only requirement is that hosts share a brief intro to V DAO at the start of the event (template can be found here.), encourage all participants to join the V DAO discord, and share a picture of the event for V DAO socials.

Choose a venue location
There are no venue requirements - select any venue you like from parks to gardens, to cafes to coworking spaces, to lakes to beaches to rooftops. Indoors or outdoors - you choose!
Submit a proposal
Submit your proposal using the template linked below
V DAO Guild Coordinators are screening all proposals and will reach out to confirm once your proposal has been approved.
Update event flyer template and calendar invite
Promote event via social media and send out invitations
